Q1.  Problem 10 of the draft chapter 2 (on Sakai, with a link from the main website).  Print and hand in the Documenter report.
 

Q2.  Problem 11 of draft chapter 2.  Print the first page of the resulting table and hand it in.
 

Q3.  Problem 12 of draft chapter 2.  After creating the form, choose "print", and only print the first page.  Hand in this page.
 

Q4.  Problem 13 of draft chapter 2; do all parts (a) through (e).  For each query, hand in a screen shot of the query grid and a printout of the output.  Both can be pasted into a Word document, for example.  The printout will look better if pasted as a table rather than a screen shot.  An example of how the result should look is here (for a different query; on the reverse for the hardcopy version of the assignment).  Screen shots are easy to make with the Windows "Snipping Tool" under "Accessories" or "Windows Accessories" on the Start menu.  To past the contents of a query as a table, click in the upper left corner of the results table, type control-C to copy, switch to Word, and type control-V to paste.
 

Q5. Problem 14 of draft chapter 2.  Print enough of the report so that all information for the first state ("AK" for Alaska) is visible.  Hand in this portion of the report.
